Debra is a licensed Mental Health Clinician at CAPS. Debra's work at CAPS focuses on substance abuse prevention, assessment and treatment, addictions, adult children of alcoholics, time and stress management, relationships, and general counseling. Debra earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona and a Masters in Counseling degree from the University of Phoenix. She is a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor and a Certified Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioner. In addition to her counseling role, Debra developed and maintains the Parents Matter program and is the Outreach Coordinator for CAPS.
